Shipping and Delivery
At this time, NBMotorcycleSeats.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, NBMotorcycleSeats.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, and to most other countries worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
International
Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Sales Tax
NBMotorcycleSeats.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy
You need to ride 100 miles or more on the new seat to adjust to the new feel and riding position to really know how great it is!
Most seats are designed for long distance comfort, so be sure you take a long ride first.
You have 7 days after receiving the seat to contact us.
Just keep the original box and be sure to keep the seat in perfect condition, no scratches, scuffs or tears.
If, for any reason, your new seat is not to your liking, call us within 7 days of receipt and discuss the nature of the problem with a customer service representative. We will issue you a return label to use for returning your order.
We will either exchange it for another model or refund you for the price of the seat. Your cost is the freight to you and the freight back to our warehouse.
Exceptions:
If a seat is returned and after our inspection it is found to have been damaged from your use, the amount of refund will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged Goods Policy
Seats Damaged in Shipping:
If you receive a seat that appears to have been damaged in shipping when you open the box, it is your responsibility to immediately call UPS or Fed-Ex to file a damage claim. Make sure you keep the box and all the packing material, since these may be needed in filing a claim. Please email us also to report the damage and if you have more questions.
Payment
NBMotorcycleSeats.com processes payments via PayPal, including international payments. NBMotorcycleSeats.com reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
